I can remember one where Ivor came of the rails and went over a bridge in to a river.
I seem to remember fish getting in to his water tank. Very funny for

The one episode of Thomas the Tank Engine that I remember vividly is when Henry (the green engine) obstinately remains in a tunnel as he doesn't want the rain to spoil his lovely new paintwork. The Fat Controller, displaying what I see now to be a rather cruel streak, decides to teach the sod a lesson by bricking him up.
