This has to be one of the greatest things i have ever seen!
You don't want to go telling too many people though, all you need is one person to start telling everyone they know about this, and the entire thing'll fall apart.

Urgently petitions Tony Blair, the Queen and all three Popes with the subject of giving CCC a Knighthood.

Gah! Ellen didn't make the first call as she was too scared - and office chump Rachel (who made the call) is off today.

We are desperately trying to contact Rachel and I'll let you know what happens. Does anyone know who Ferrari Press are?

The billboard photo above was taken outside Tescos and was really not the best thing to see after spending all lunchtime in the pub and needing a weewee.

Smile

Well, I just got back from work to see the Courier on the table in our sitting room.
How marvellous to see this story making it to page 3! ccc has excelled, indeed.

I will have to keep the page and if the story hits the big-time I could compile a dossier of the mystery man's good deeds that are so reminiscient of the good old days.

Forgive me for introducing an AFPism, C3, but...

You owe me a new keyboard.

This resulting from the damage to the last caused by a vast spray of coffee emenating from my mouth at the sight of this thread. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

They do know. And they were pleased to see it.
They have said they will not spread the news of it's falseness.

They had also seen the dog-poo letters and had been outraged by some of them (unemployed being made to pick it up!) but that too has been explained to them.

Awwwwwww - I've just spent a delicious evening in the pub - I got a standing ovation when I walked in(!) and loads of mums were saying how their kids were really excited that this superhero was there to save the day!

Even old Reg is going to write in - he's had trouble with his knee for years - and say how Monkey Man helped him up the stairs after coming home from a curry.

Lumme - what a day - going back to the original topic of this thread, 'the upside of my job' - I love my job!

ps - my scanner at home is knacked, so if anyone happens to see any articles tomorrow would you be a looby and plop them up?

pps - thanks for all the great comments today, I printed them all off and we have been guffawing mightily this evening at them.

Night night.
