A poll everyone can join in on, perhaps more relevant than blood times...

Four times for me, half Edinburgh/half Glasgow.

I fear the arrival of Hannoncom to this thread.

My locations are a bit far-flung:

London ~ Bristol ~ San Francisco ~ Manhattan ~ Brooklyn

I'd really like him to play Southpaw in Brooklyn again, as it has fantastic sound, reasonable beer and is about 2 blocks from my home. Perfect!

Off the top of my head:

Barrowlands (Glasgow) x2
Liquid Rooms (Edinburgh) x2
Filming of the Box Set programme, STV studios (Glasgow)
QMU (Glasgow)
Queen's Hall (Edinburgh)
Barfly (Glasgow)
RFH (London)
Open air St Patrick's Day festival (London)

Erm, thinks that's it. Once I do the June gigs, I'll be on the 10+ level.

EDIT - actually 11 gigs, as Geordie has reminded me of the Usher Hall last week!

it's not the number of times that is important. It's the length.

Since the last show I was trying to remember, it took me some time to gather my thoughts...

October 93 – Le Bikini, Toulouse

Spring 1994 – 24h de l’INSA, Toulouse

1996 - Pre-release of Casanova show, Théatre Trianon (not sure), Paris

10/06/1996 - La Cigale, Paris

01/04/1997 - La Cigale, Paris

16/09/1998 - La Cigale, Paris

(Long break… I was living in Norway at the time, and I think I missed one festival there… ?)

21/02/2001 – Le Trabendo, Paris

27/05/2001 – La Cigale, Paris

28/05/2001 – La Cigale, Paris

28/09/2001 - Showcase FNAC Forum des Halles, Paris

27/10/2001 – Zenith, Paris

22/11/2001 - Mandela Hall, Belfast

26/09/2002 - Ambassador Theatre Dublin

27/09/2002 - Ambassador Theatre, Dublin

29/04/2004 – Le Grand Rex, Paris

Espace Cardin will be my 16th time. It's scary!

you are so lucky, ive just seen the PALLADIUM and PARIS, but once i missed TDC in Switzerland for the FIN DE SIECLE TOUR. It was in a festival, and they changed the Gig time from 11pm to 9pm. So when I Arrived the GIG was over. IT was a horrible experience!!!!!!

I've seen him by himself, and with Ben Folds.
The three times I saw him open for Ben Folds,
I ended up leaving a couple of songs into Ben's set.
He just doesn't do it for me..

The first time I saw Neil he was opening for Ben Folds (June 2002).
I saw him again in November of that year with Rob, Ivor, and Simon - surely one of the best concerts I've ever seen.
