The way in which the Paris and Edinburgh gigs are being approached, respectively, has been of great interest to me over the past 2 days.

Paris gig: peeps are looking for good coffee, civilised discussion, meeting of friends from across Europe.

Edinburgh gig: drinking, singing, ghost tours and possibly whoring.

Is this indicitive of the difference between British and French culture?

There'll be no girlie drinks at this do, sonny - you'll drink Guinness or real ale with the rest of us or face banishment to the Lodestone Corner.

Well, 'possibly' as in the fact that Rowan, Jennifer, Ma Flys and I are unlikely to be off looking for Edinburgh rent boys.

Yeah, but one of them is a program that has to be demonstrated to my supervisor on either the monday or tuesday.
I'll see if I can work around it, but I dunno.

On the question of whether there will be more shows: as the ensemble show is a very large one we are limited on the number we can do. Therefore, this is all that we can do for the UK. More shows with a smaller lineup will take place later.

Oh yeah, it's OK for us - we can just travel a couple of hundred miles can't we.

This is because Midland money is worth less than Liverpudlian money. When we buy the album and all three formats of the single, they only cost us 40p etc.

In fact, if we go to one of the Markets For Extremely Poor Midlanders (subsidised by the more wealthy Liverpudlian council), we can get all three formats of the single, and the album for just 60p.

Although, by replying "I shall ignore that remark" to your remark more or less proves that I didn't.
