Presumably you've got the first bit - F#m7 > B

The twiddly bits on 'And you can pray to any deity you like' sound like (G>F#>F>E bass run down):

Pray - Gmaj7
Any - F#m7
De > ity - Dm7 > Am7
Like - G7

And then on 'Im sure hes got a lot of better things to do with his time', try:

Im sure hes got a - Ebmaj7
Lot of better - Dm7
Things to do - G
With his - F#m7
Time - B

Haven't analysed the instrumental, but try that for starters.
