Awesome! It's great that the Chicago Irish bar played DC. DC doesn't get enough exposure in the US as it should.

Welcome back!

The producers of Countryfile clearly have a thing for Absent Friends - tonight's edition had instrumental versions of Charmed Life, Absent Friends and Our Mutual Friend as background music. Very nice they were too.

Is there a way to recatch the program somewhere online ?

I'd really be curious to hear them, until I get hold on one of those sync CD...

Thanks

The only way I'd know would be the BBC iPlayer - I'm not sure if Countryfile would make it to any torrent sites!

Not really "hearing", but Neil was on the Buzzcock's 1996 retrospective last night. They even did a quiz of "faces of 1996" with him in it.

bit of an odd one. Watching the BBC documentary on iPlayer called Route Masters: Running London's Roads.

The third episode is about National Express and is at Victoria Coach Station in London. One of the customer service people just said, mid sentence "All human life is here".
